Honeypot Wax Boutique

Hair removal used to be a "NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL I EVER MAKE MYSELF ENDURE SUCH PAIN!" kinda thing. But not until recently, when I was invited to Honeypot Wax Boutique for a Blogger's party; we were pampered with a good shoulder massage and a complimentary waxing session ( you don't have to know where but you should get what I'm trynna say). Yup, lower legs! Hahahaha. Anyway, it was a pretty good introduction for me to start getting my hair removed religiously. Unless you think its flattering to be walking around with hairy legs and hairy everywhere. EEK! 

Girls, its vital for you to occasionally ( if not frequently) get your hair removed because FIRST, its an extreme turn off to be wearing a nice dress, sexy stilettos but your legs unshaved ( try picturing that) and especially when its all long and curly.. I can't continue ew ew ew ew ew! Just so you know, its better to opt for waxing because it removes your hair roots entirely and new grown hair will appear softer and lesser. In the long run, your hair will not grow as much.  Unlike waxing, you are literally just shaving the 'seen' part of your hair, hence leaving the 'unseen' part in the follicle. The "hairless" effect will probably only last for a day or two, and when your hair starts growing- it'd be a bitch because it feels like as though as you're growing a mustache. Short and spiky. WORST PART, it becomes thicker and you can't seem to shave or wax it because its too short to be removed. Basically, PLEASE DON'T SHAVE. Its bad, for you and your man.

I'm speaking from my past experience and non of my shaving 'history' turned out well. I eventually opted for waxing, and never regretted since. Yes, there are waxing kits in the supermarket/ pharmacies, but doing it yourself can be such a hassle sometimes. And there are certain parts of your body that you can't reach leaving your hair removal process, uneven. Therefore, let to pros do it! All you need to do is just lie down and endure a little bit of pain. Nothing else! ;)
