Bon vivant?

Second post via BloggerApp. Blogging made easy! Saves the hassle of transferring photos from camera & phone (sucks that iPhone has no proper Bluetooth services ugh).

Just a snippet of what I've been having. Now that I look at it, I've been quite a glutton haven't I. The food junkie in me has definitely prevailed. The constant battle between a glutton and a gym junkie. Haha, quite a combo don't you think?

Standard Chartered Fun Run 2012

Just a quick update via Blogger App. First time blogging thru my phone haha. And to be honest, just downloaded this app 5 seconds prior to this post.

Pictures from today's Standard Chartered Fun Run @ Putrajaya in conjunction w Youth's Day (Hari Belia)!

Won't talk much - this whole blogging via iPhone is kinda restricting and decreases efficiency as well ;( so yup, had great time w the fellow peeps & definitely looking forward to the next Run- if only time permits.

Determination and perseverance got us there. 

Completed my 3km run within 15minutes along w my running buddy from SEEING IS BELIEVING charity association. He may be visually impaired but his determination was mountain high and did not stop for drink nor a short breather. Such an inspiring kid! And most importantly, he sees through his heart! How beautiful can that be?

It was definitely worth my 5am wake-up call on a Saturday :)

Rimmel London Shoot 2012

Oh yellow there! First of all, my apologies for the long hiatus ( okay, 2 weeks isn't that long lah). I have been rather caught up (YES, AGAIN- its neverending *pulls hair!) with studies and work. Assignments mounting up and esp that *damn journalism video assignment that requires stubborn Malaysians that are just so reluctant to utter A WORD in front of the camera. "No comment" is still a very evident statement, mind you. 

Its fun and an eye-opening experience actually. Glad to took up this somewhat appear to be 'torturous' unit. My greatest respect to all journalists/ reporters out there that are risking their life for our daily news. ( A mini story like mine, is challenging enough; I can't imagine doing an international/extremely political news). 

Enough with Journalism.

That was a snippet of my "DEFINITELY-NOT-INTERESTING" life. With all the exam stress and obligations- I'm lucky that I still get to do "FUN" stuffs ( on in a while). 

Did a shoot for Rimmel London Malaysia last week for their upcoming Mobile App. Will keep y'all posted when its launched and download it on your smartphones! Oh the perks of our canggih generation, SMARTPHONES ;) 

I know you guys are probably not gonna read these, because (after my observations/ research) I know most readers are lazy and hate LONG-WINDED posts but super love PIC SPAM posts. I am probably one of them too. Haha. 'Pick up' reading lah! :P

Make sure you register and we can all RUN FOR A REASON! I'll be running with a visually impaired child and let us all run for charity! They need our help.

Late night snacking?

Well, its pretty obvious that I'm a 'somewhat-the-society-would-claim' as a gym/health junkie. And especially if we're friends on twitter and foursquare then, that would be even more evident. Checking into gym 4-5 times a week and all that 'health-quotes/saying' that you would probably find annoying ( but hey! if you find it motivating,  *highfive. we're definitely on the same frequency then). 

NO REALLY, if you do find it 'unnecessary' or somehow 'over-the-top' then.. your loss? #justsaying 

SO! I have been rather less disciplined especially when its exam season. Such is life a student. Studies over everything else ( well that only happens twice (two semesters) in a year - and each time, from my experience.. only lasts for a month?) HAHA. 

My alternative to late night snacking. It really does help a lot especially when GRAPES ; treats constipations, indigestion, fatigue ( in that case, I ALWAYS AM- bonus for me!), kidney disorders, macular degenerations, and prevention of cataracts. 


There's NO short-cut to being fit and healthy. Requires time and sacrificial.
 Well, unless you go the 'unnatural' way. Then, I have no say ;) 
HELL YEAH! So close to vomiting my lunch during workout today. But at the end of the day, its all worth it! 

p/s:: Tips for weight loss: Reduce your sodium (salt) intake and drink PLENTY of water.
