Ducati Diavel Unveiled

Attended the Ducati Media Launch at The Library, Midvalley yesterday afternoon. The weather was already scorching hot, and with the Ducatis in the house- one word, DEVILLISH! To be honest, I have only heard of the legendary Ducati superbikes and never have I seen them in person. And yesterday, I was totally blown away. The spectacular and magnificent [ its beyond words, really] Ducati was off the hook! The design and innovation of the superbike, was really.. [I'm lost of words], you should just see it for yourself.

Our eyes were feasted with the almighty superbikes all displayed (yes, for display ONLY- too HOT to handle) outside the bar. But the main eye-catcher of the day was definitely not the ones displayed, but the Ducati Diavel which will be unveiled by the VIPs later. (Tell me if you're as excited as I am). The waiting kept me at the edge of my seats!

In conjunction with the new introduction, Ducati Malaysia is also proud to introduce the Monster Art to the Monster 795 community. Monster is the bike that has a set a record throughout the world for its art of customization Stylists, designers, artists, actors, singers and especially big fans from all countries have already indulged themselves throughout the years in creating their own artwork, finding Monster as their muse.

The new Monster 795 with the Monster Art is priced at RM 61,900.00 while the full specification version priced at RM 65,900.00 that comes with Monster Art and Termignono Exhaust system to enhance the performance of the Monster 795. The Following pricing is only available for a LIMITED TIME.

With that being said, ITS A HINT FOR YOU TO BOOK YOURS NOW! No guarantee that prices will stay the same by the time you've decided to get one. If you've been desiring for one, this is the right time (most definitely) for you to get yours.

[PRESS RELEASE]

Next Bike (Ducati Malaysia) Sdn Bhd today launched the CKD version of the Ducati Diavel at a very competitive price. The CKD Ducati Diavel was assembled in Thailand which designated for Asia Pacific Countries. In conjunction with the Diavel launch, Next Bike also introduced the customization colour scheme for Ducati Monster 795- Monster Art.

The Ducati Diavel was first introduced to an excited public in 2010 and since gone on to amaze motorcyclists in Malaysia and the rest of the globe, collecting awards along the way and becoming one of the Ducati's top selling models! ( Well, I have absolutely no objection to that)

As usual, prior to the arrival of the VIPs the guests and media were well served with mouth watering dishes and beverages. With or without these complimentary dishes, it was definitely WORTH the wait!

Crowd anxiously waiting for the unveiling of the Ducati Diavel. I mean, who wouldn't be?

Present at the event were Mr Davide De Lorenzi, Sales Manager of Ducati Asia Pacific; Dato' SM Zulkifli SM Amin, Group Chief Operating Officer of NAZA Group of Companies; Encik Nik Danial Nik Mahmood, Vice President of NAZA Two Wheels Division and Mr Juan Chow Wee, General Manager of Ducati Malaysia.

Mr Juan giving this opening speech
"To all Ducatisti, welcome on board!" - Davide De Lorezi.

The Ducati brand has always been about more than just a stylish display of Italian ingenuity and providing a thrilling ride. The passion that is infused in these motorcycles when they are designed, is one which also unites Ducati owners and enthusiasts.

The press grabbed the advantage and shot all possible questions. The Ducati Diavel has always been the talk of town. It was undeniable that the crowd wants to know more in depth of the high-performance and stunning Devillish Diavel. Well.. so did I ;P

[Random bit] I somehow smuggled through the crowd and took the opportunity to interview him too! Spontaneous, is the way to go huh? Managed to host for BernamaTV for abit and it was out of curiosity! Somebody just handed me the mic and well, I just went on talking ;)
