U Mobile Print Ad

[BEHIND THE SCENES]

One of the most exciting and enjoyable shoot that I've been to thus far. Mostly because, it was MY FIRST PRINT AD JOB, ever! Literally jumped with joy when I received the news from the agency. Thank you so much guys, and of course the team behind U Mobile for selecting me as your talent :) And now, I finally understand the emotions and hard work put behind all those print ads I see EVERYWHERE!

Not complaining but the input of time, effort and energy for that ONE perfect shot.. was way beyond my expectation. I thought TVC shoot was hectic enough, but print ads are equally... time consuming too ;P Nonetheless, I am very grateful for being given the opportunity to be part of the project this time around. It was a pleasure to be working with such an amazing & enthusiastic team! xx

Just a simple one to share my experience throughout the shoot. There's nothing much to disclose, but hey! U MOBILE is now having some new data packages that you may wanna check out ;)

Another BTS post of the TVC will be up at a later date. Quite excited to see it on screen because ( well, better not spoil it ;P ) Stay tuned for my upcoming post. Hint-hint : something to do with HEALTH & FITNESS ;)

Fad Friday

Simple, casual and chic - well, that would be my current fad. But then again, I don't usually stick to one boring style because there are times when I feel like dressing up and times when I just want to head out with a plain boring tee and shorts. But a lot more with the latter, to be honest ;P Nevertheless, one can never shop enough yes? As much as I hate putting on make-up and think of what to wear .. I, like many other females out there tend to succumb into window shopping which will usually, unintentionally lead to compulsive buying! Speaking from experience, heh :P

I would admit that I'm not the most fashionable person you can find, but I am very comfortable with my own style and dressing manner. I would never feel obligated to dress up for anyone ( unless it's my first date for sure!) nor anything. But I will always make sure that I do not underdress for certain occasion because after all, first impressions matter alot! Especially when you're out to meet a potential client or perhaps a potential boyfriend (no, I'm dead serious *puts on the serious-mask). HAHA.

Anyway, the point of my post is that - always dress appropriately and know where to get your stuffs! ;) I personally think the rise of blogshops have tremendously improved or rather varied the choices that we already have. In short, more selections and at a much more reasonable rate!

I don't know if you'd like my following ensembles but then again, it doesn't really matter because I'm comfortable with what I wear :P

VOGuesday!

Hello there!

Wow, the past one week has been EXTREMELY FATTENING. No thanks to the annual mandarin oranges & CNY cookies marathon, and the never-ending reunion dinners! But then again, its one of the happiest CNY that I've had. Nothing beats the joy of being able to spend time with your loved ones, no? 

Of course, as my title suggests - its VOGUE TUESDAY which I have obviously abbreviated to VOGuesday, whichever way you'd like to pronounce it ;P As long as my message/idea comes across, right. Well, Chinese New Year is definitely the time of the year when all of us are somehow obliged to shop for new clothes, shoes and everything else! (nyeh nyeh nyeh). Though I do it religiously throughout the year , CNY should be NO EXCEPTION! 

Well, I'm such a lucky monkey (yup, if you're wondering why of all animals- MONKEY ; that's my horoscope) this year as I had my all-time-favourite (no bias intended) blogshop to provide me with some of my outfits. It actually took me sometime to compile all the pictures because some weren't suitable for the hot CNY weather. Whatever it is, In House Fashion or also known as IHF has known to supply top notch fashionable wear for the ladies. 

And I'm happy to be able to get hold of these..

Walk the talk, hey? ( Because I have been talking about doing a proper VLOG since forever - though this could have been better. I'm such badass at editing videos and such :P ) 

Well, I actually recorded this VLOG a week ago and I was a little (just a little) too shy to upload it and hence, the minor delay. But all's good now :P Managed to nurture a little more self-confidence. But then again, it was TOTALLY IMPROMPTU! 

Which then explains the excessive rants and blabbers and such ;) 

I HAVE SO MUCH TO UPDATE YOU GUYS ON. Looks like, I'll have something MORE to talk about on my second VLOG! A tad excited but that can wait, because.. CHINESE NEW YEAR is approaching and and and .. I can't wait to get my ANG (BAOs) on!
