I looked left, and then right. I see cars hustling down the street, I see businessmen getting in and out of their limousines, I see white collar workers busy working on their documents, I see air stewardesses looking oh so pretty in their petite uniforms walking down the departure hall, I see elderlies dozing off in the waiting hall, I see kids running around in their cheeky smiles.. I see I see and I see.

Life seems so wonderful ( apart from the world debating about the apocalypse- NO, THE MAYANS ARE PROBABLY LAUGHING RIGHT NOW BECAUSE THEIR PRANK IS FINALLY WORKING! - if you get what I mean) ... so perfect.. so flawless. But there are more than it shows. Behind every happy faces might not have a fairy tale and behind every frown may not be a tragedy. Assumptions assumptions..

As I'm writing this.. I'm sitting on a tall stool, at the corner of Starbucks. Hoping for a miracle, hoping for somebody I love to re-appear right before my eyes. "Exactly an hour till I leave this place", I just reminded myself. A flight to catch.. a flight that somehow.. I didn't feel like hopping onto. But I'm going home. I'm confused. I need guidance. I need to find peace.

A constant battle with myself. Been fighting throughout my life, my teenage years. I'm tired.. I really am. Done things that I shouldn't have, done things that I never knew I would (or maybe I actually knew I would) I don't know. So much thoughts running through my mind. All I need right now is to find peace, find that gem in my heart.. that gem that will be with me for the rest of my life.

"10 minutes till the departure gate closes". I better hurry.

Easiest way to burn calories!

3.09am and I'm still wide awake, researching for the best workout regimes and diet! Stumbled upon this website and found a few interesting ways to lose some pounds. Ladies, trust me.. you'll love this one ;)

All of these 'activities ala workouts' are said to be the EASY WAYS TO BURN 100 MORE CALORIES A DAY! Now we're talking! Perfect for you lazy bumps ( Well, I wouldn't deny that I'm not.. sometimes ) ;P

Now, read up and start burning em calories! 100 calories a day, that makes 3,100 calories a month! Way to go ladies ;)

become a neat freak

Every time you walk through the house, straighten up a little in each area of your home. Picking up around the house four times a day for just 10 minutes at a time burns approximately 100 calories. (That's based on our Calories Burned Calculator estimate for a 140-pound person doing “light cleaning.” You can use the calculator to find out how many calories you'll burn doing other activities too.)

Go bowling for 30 minutes and you can burn (on average) about 100 calories or more! This active pastime is a great way to blow off steam and burn up calories with the whole family. Just be careful not to indulge in too much snack-bar food between turns.

And I've always wondered. Whats better to consumer 'right after' your workout. Isotonic drinks, protein shakes or water? ;) Looks like I'll have to stay up a lil later!

New Year, WORK it OUT!

Before I forget, HAPPY NEW YEAR!

What better way to start off the year if not a pair of good runners? Its been long enough since I've gotten myself a pair of runners since my late Nike of good 4 years. And, I've been longing to try out the Adidas's Clima Cool Ride. Unfortunately, I wasn't 'in' enough with the trend and was told that the Adidas outlets no longer have these runners. Hence, I settled with the Adidas CC Chill.

# 360 degrees ventilation ( unfortunately this CC Chill does not provide a 360 degrees ventilation, probably only 280degrees; good enough!) Several parts of the shoes are covered with synthetic/ textile material.

# reduces in-shoe moisture levels

# reduces perspiration in shoe and sock

# lowers temperature in-shoe during running

# heat reduction abilities improves overall running performance

Not forgetting another essential item; the carrier! The Adilibria Workout Bag.

Apart from a good pair of runners, your gym bag is another 'must-have'. Well, this is my first. I've always had this problem when:

Each time I hit the gym, I'll have to trouble myself ransacking the entire room looking for a worn out "gym bag" just so its alright to keep the dirty, sweaty clothes and stinky shoes. Now with a designated bag just for gym, I can save all that hassle ;)

Now, I sure am ready and geared up to hit the gym for a healthy start!

I have succumbed into a terribly unhealthy eating habit over the past 2 months. My excuse?

-Prison break ever since BeautyCamp and hence walloping everything edible that comes in my way

-It was holiday season!

Haha. Only losers would give excuses and my new year's resolution would be to start FIT & HEALTHY. Be gone fats and excuses! Haha. Do or die, like I always say.

Here are a few workout tips which I reckon would help those that are as eager to get fit and healthy as I am ;) Also, check out this video of the right way of doing the Half Push-ups, demonstrated by yours truly.

And the following is a workout regime by my all time favourite, Nicole Scherzinger. This workout as designed by her trainer, Adam Ernster will promise to have your abs sculpted within a month!

How it works:

Three times a week, do 2 or 3 sets of each move in order without resting in between.

1. Slide Out (Works Core and Shoulders): Get in plank position with hands on Valslides or towels. Press left hand down as you slowly slide it forward [shown]. Return to starting position and repeat on right side to complete 1 rep. Do 10 reps. (If this move is too challenging, try it with your knees on the ground.)

2. Triple Threat (Works Abs): Lie faceup with legs extended toward ceiling, feet flexed and arms at sides. Raise hips [A]; lower to starting position. Do 10 reps.

Next, place hands behind head and bend knees 90 degrees. Curl knees toward chest [B]; lower to starting position. Do 10 reps. Last, place feet on floor and extend arms straight up from chest.

Raise head and shoulders [c]; lower. Do 10 reps.

3. Reverse Chop (Works Core): Hold a weighted ball with both hands in front of hips, and stand with feet wider than shoulders, knees slightly bent. Rotate shoulders to the left, bringing ball outside left hip [A].

Twist torso to the right as you raise ball up at a diagonal to the right [B]. Return to starting position. Do 12 to 15 reps, then switch sides to complete set.

Remember the Double D's? Discipline and Determination is the key! Happy working out!

Say WHITEEEE?

Clearly, its been a good long break for me, myself and mua. I forgot how much I was dreading for holidays but now, I just can't wait for my Year 2 to begin ( I will never be satisfied, kick me). And as much as I want the holidays to end, that will probably take another 2 good months. So I might as well just get myself occupied with something ( I really do sound pathetic, don't I? I think I'm getting good at that haha!). A friend of mine was asking me if I wanna collaborate for a shoot, more like helping out. So I figured, decided and said 'YES!'.

Little did I know, after agreeing to lend a helping hand ( my entire torso too, actually ;P ) ... Mr.Photographer had an exciting and unique theme in mind- The Statue Shoot. It was actually ANTM inspired and the girls had their entire body painted in white. When I say entire body, its literally from top to toe including your hair, ear lobes and every little details on your body. But of course, our budget was definitely not as sky high as ANTM's. Nevertheless, it was fun, fun, fun, tiring, and fun!

Here's a some behind the scenes. We had almost 400 photos and I can't possibly be posting them all in a post. I'll go berserk and so will you! Haha. Hence, these filtered photos.

#1- Getting myself painted in white with Body Paint otherwise I might die of skin diseases and nobody wants that to happen. These are washable, thank God :P

Took almost an hour and a half, with 4 helpful(s) to get myself well-coloured in White. Since, I was back in Ipoh and therefore everybody suggested Kellie's Castle @ Batu Gajah to get the shoot done. Too long a story if I were to tell every little details but yea, try googling "Kellie's Castle" and a string of stories will pop right outta your windows.

And then, you'll know why I was mistaken as the Castle's legendary ghost. HAHA!

#5- Under the scorching sun, it was impossible not to sweat. Touching up every now and then. Quite yucky but these two awesome friend was beyond helpful! Thanks girls! You rock ;)

But I wish I had time to take more shot though. Everything was so rushed. Nevertheless, great attempt.

You may want to compare mine and the professionals but we're all just amateurs. I definitely have lots more technical aspects to fix and learn. Like I said, it sure was a good attempt and twas FUN FUN FUN! I am planning on doing another one, actually! It will definitely be WHITER and BETTER! ;P

Now since Christmas is just around the corner ( technically, 5 DAYS AWAY!),

The Double D's.

The year is almost coming to an end! As much I hate saying this, TIME FLIES! Now, as I am writing this; I am actually staring at myself in dismay! The tummy bulge has sadly taken over everything that I've been working for. I have nobody to blame but myself. Well, there's this thing about human ( me myself especially) that I find it really hard to prevail. The constant battle with food, every single day. I am still find that grip to hold onto. Say hooyah if you're with me ;) HAHA.

Now, approximately 2 weeks till the new year comes. Stop crackin your head thinking how to start, its how you END it! End the year with a BAM! I'd say end it with the Double D's! ( Truth be told, I am probably 2 alphabets down, but hey thats not what I'm preaching about yo haha).

DISCIPLINE & DETERMINATION

Time waits for no man. And I better get a new pair of runners. Otherwise, the next I know ; I'd be running bare-footed! The sole is thinning real quick. Adidas, Nike or New Balance? Decisions, decisions.

So, what's next?

Almost a month since my last post. Everything has just been put to a halt after the hectic months of getting in shape, getting in place, getting votes ( I'm sure you guys have good photographic memories on this HAHA!), and getting done with exams and just getting things (serious stuffs) DONE!

And now that I'm done with them, many have been questioning me with the same question.

"So, what's next?"

"Well, I'll just go with the flow I guess", thats what my typical cliche answer would usually be. I don't really like leaving people hanging but truth be told, I have no idea myself. I don't want to get things into rush and just tumble upon myself at the end of the day. Time is what I have now and in time to come, I will know what I REALLY want. And what "REALLY" means?

Something that I can earn big bucks with, and earn a living from. Something that I enjoy doing and wouldn't mind doing it for the rest of my life. Painfully honest, thats what I am.

I will keep this post simple and short. I know you hate long and draggy ones that (USUALLY) themselves. I have seen some, I feel you.

Been showing up at certain events, gigs and concerts. At least I still get to see the girls and of course my girls ;) Diet wise, HEH HEH HEH *drum rolls.. ( I hope my "coach" doesn't see this), literally everything from the food pyramid's in my daily diet ( that includes 6 meals per day) and mostly the ones at the top of the pyramid. *wink wink to those who are in the club!

NO! THAT'S DEFINITELY NOT THE WAY TO GO! I will keep the pre & post diet in another blogpost. You guys are gonna go berserk! ;)

And as for now, my days are usually filled with joy, constant battle with food ( this will end right at this moment), barely any sorrow, confusions, frustrations and you name it! Really enjoying being myself again.

Its been so great to have some ME-TIME; with just be and my books, my mac and just writing in the room. No distractions, no nothing! And its time I prove you guys the right way to eat, sleep and exercise! I gave myself a month off; and boy! It wasn't a really good step to take. Real-time evidence? I believe the cat is finally out of the bag ;) ( Yes I know its been quite sometime since I've updated my blog). But forgive me, I have just been too busy with the competition and studies! Got done with 3 major papers and one more to go!

As I'm writing this, there's just so much running in my mind. The past couple of weeks have been pretty messed up but I have definitely learnt a lot. Falling back, and standing back up again; well nothing is impossible,really. And things always happen when you least expect them to :)

It doesn't really matter whether or not I bring home the crown, because deep down inside my heart I know that I'm the winner of my beloved parents & loved ones; thats what matter the most :) And of course, I have given my 101% and there's nothing that I would regret not doing!

"Forget the past with no fear, face the present with confidence and prepare for the future with no fear". And I have been standing by that from the beginning of Beauty Camp and also the ultimate reason why I am still here today, standing strong! :)

The time and experience I had during this entire journey is just priceless. I've gained knowledge in every possible aspects; I'll definitely bring them home and utilize them! ;) Met new people and of course, I found true friendship! It may be a competition, but without friendship I highly doubt it would have been as fun and exciting! :)

Its almost the end of my journey here in Beauty Camp. I must say I enjoyed every single moment I had with the crews, the organizers and of course, my beloved sisters :)

Even up till today, I can't believe that I am actually one of the TOP 9 Finalists ( funny I know!) But I'm glad I took this step; "good move, Maggy!" ;)

Another two days till Final Gala. This is definitely one of the most crucial and important moment in my life :) Being in the Top 9 was definitely a blessing. But being one of the Top 4? I will need you guys to help me out! 20% of the marks will be based on the voting rates and I will need you, awesome people & fellow Malaysians to VOTE FOR MAGS!

And I can assure you, your votes are in safe hands. I will for sure, rock the stage on the Final Gala night. I really hope the determination, love and effort that I've put in will pay off :) I will not let you guys down!

Thoughts #BeautyCamp

As I sit on my bunk bed tonight, looking across the window; witnessing the city full of lights under the dark night. Reminiscing how much I miss home, my loved ones and my bed.

"Its been 26days here in Beauty Camp", I told myself. And yes it has indeed been 26days here in Beauty Camp! Time flies doesn't it? Truth be told, for the past 26days I have achieved so much that I myself never knew I could. I never knew I could take good pictures, I never knew I could strike a good pose, I never knew people would actually remember me for what I have done and I never knew being a Beauty Queen was so tough!

It was never easy; to presentable all the time. It takes so much hardwork, effort and practice to allow yourself to be comfortable in front of the audiences.

And throughout the entire journey in Beauty Camp, I have found myself; in so many different ways. I have learnt to be a stronger person; physically, mentally and emotionally. I realized that its not all about just winning the title, but so many petty petty things that you pick up along the journey. Thats what makes you stronger every single time.

And tonight I told myself "If something is bound to happen, it will happen. For the right person, at the right time. And for the best reason".

Beauty Camp has been such an amazing journey that will never be erased from my memory. If there's one thing that I would change right now. I'll say " Send me back to the time when I answered that question". I could have done so much better. My fear overtook me.

God, grant me strength and determination. I CAN DO THIS.

#Beauty Camp!

Greetings readers!

Happy mid-week everybody. Hope all's good and guess what? Its already the 8th day at Beauty Camp! Everything has been pretty much smooth sailing and just to revive my blog a little, yes I know I have been abandoning it for quite sometime. But forgive me, I have just been too busy to balance my time between work and studies. Priorities first, no? Here are some updates from Beauty Camp.

Truth be told, I am having the time of my life spending my days with the rest of the beautiful ladies in the house. With Andrea Fonseka guiding us through our days; nothing can be much more fun than being the pioneer batch of Beauty Campers! Its really amusing to see how everybody bond so well and well keep the dramas aside, when it comes it the game. I am for sure to step up my game; afterall its still a competition and I wouldn't want to be left behind ( Well, who would wanna?). However, when we're back in the house; its an entire different situation. The girls really do spend time together so well and I really hope Malaysia can see through all these amazing personalities in the house.

Now, as I share with you my journey in Beauty Camp; don't forget to tune into Astro Hitz (channel 705) every Thursday at 3.30pm and repeats at 9pm! This is the only time you Malaysians get to see the real Malaysian girls living under one roof, in running to be the next Miss Universe Malaysia 2012. Its the first time ever any pageants in Asia has produced any reality TV Show like Beauty Camp! Be sure to catch it! Now, we Malaysia has taken the first step! MALAYSIA BOLEH!

As for myself, being one of the youngest, I sometimes DO feel intimidated by the rest of the girls who are far more experienced than I am. But at the end of the day, it is the true Malaysian girl that they are searching for. It isn't the perfect girl. Lets be frank, nobody can be perfect but one can be a perfectionist. That is a total twist in the story already.

So, all I'm giving is my confidence and determination and hardwork. I believe that as long as I stay true to myself; nothing is impossible. And I always believed that the only way of finding the limits of the possibles is by going beyond the impossibles.

A beauty queen isn't just about being poised and proper. She can be elegant, fun and goofy at the same time, why not? She has to be able to relate to her people, Malaysians! A girl who is able to connect to everybody and at the same time, she is able to bring herself up in front of millions. At the end of the day, beauty fades but the heart stays. I may be still young and raw, but that doesn't mean I can't soar.

And I'm taking this opportunity to learn and progress, to build myself and to make myself a better person, a better me, a true Malaysian girl :)

Magdeline W. at Miss Universe Malaysia 2012

I never knew I would actually be REALLY doing what I am doing today. From sitting and staring at the gorgeous ladies in front of the television screen to looking into the mirror asking myself,

"Will I ever be able to be like one of them? Wearing pretty dresses and make-up and speaking up for themselves and to impress the judges?", that was me 10 years back when I used to watch Miss Universe in front of the screen. Asking and bugging my mum about anything and everything after every annual episode.

And who would've thought? The short-haired nerdy girl who once don't even know the meaning of beauty is now a finalist of The Miss Universe Malaysia 2012 at the age of 19.

Honestly, I didn't see this coming my way. If it was two years ago, I'd probably be telling people " I'm not pretty enough to fit in. I'm not slim enough like the rest of the girls. I'm not as tall as them" and the rant goes on and on.

But me being myself today, at this very point of life; I find beauty very subjective. I don't necessarily have the best looking features nor the most radiant skin to be beautiful. I don't have to be the tallest among them all nor do I have to be the best speaker to look beautiful. Like I always say " Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder" and having said that, true beauty cannot be seen physically seen but emotionally felt through the heart.

But of course, realistically a girl, to be in a beauty pageant has got to have the basic qualifications. And by that, I am rather thankful and grateful to have God granted me this opportunity to be part of this beautiful and exciting journey. It is definitely an open road for me to find the right route.

I will be updating you guys about my journey in Beauty Camp where all the 19 girls will be competing to be in the running for the next Miss Universe Malaysia 2012. Time is running out and each day, I am one step closer to achieving my goal. I shall keep that for the upcoming posts, instead ( if time permits). Too often than not, I find myself wandering around like a lost soul; waiting for somebody to realize that existence and bring me back to life.

Life is something I will never learn to comprehend. Its so complex that every moves has its bits of pros and cons. So, which should I perceive?

Hence, I've came to a conclusion. To be neutral and achieve a balance in life *meditates*

Step one:

To refrain myself from any form of dramas (gossips, girls bitching,backstabbing etc.)

Step two:

Never stop listen or stop seeking for advices ; to absorb or not, its up to the individual. We were given ears to listen; and a brain to interpret.

Step three:

NEVER STOP IMPROVING MYSELF; for the better.

ps: Don't really see the point of this post. Guess its merely to satisfy my urge to write. But at this point of my life, its mind over matter. I don't mind & you don't matter :)

Its 1.23am and I'm staring at myself with thoughts running wild in my mind ( they will never stop running, thats one thing for sure). Days goes by so quickly (too quickly in fact!) that sometimes I really wish I don't have to carry so many obligations and to take shit from people. But too bad, "In life we HAVE to take shit from people"- Horrible Bosses. Well, nuff said.

Been going through tons of ups and downs; be it in relationship or work. Lets take them as a test of perseverance. Patience and determination should meet up at the top, someday ( when I think I AM ready). To be honest, I couldn't bother less to be envious or grudging towards people that are actually not even worth my time. Life has given me so much lessons; lessons that I should really look into. Truth be told, I have been such an ignorant and stubborn (call me stubby!) kid; I NEVER LISTEN TO PEOPLE. And until I finally hit the wall, I woke up and realized I have been too bad to be good.

There were two things that made me realize, I haven't been learning life-lessons well enough.

1) I was driving home from Uni and I saw this lady on a wheelchair, by the road. Despite the hot scorching weather, she had a smile on her face the entire time! And I instantly became ashamed of myself. I was in a car, fully air-conditioned; and I couldn't stop bitching and complaining about what I have not achieved. That really gave me a slap in my face.

2) Also, while on the way home, there was this car ahead of me; driving at 30km/h on a straight road. I was wondering to myself " Oh my god. I am late enough, are you kidding me Kelisa?", without even thinking twice, I put on a spurt and accelerated to be ahead of them. I was so driven by my anger that I didn't realize that it was actually a disabled motorist in front of the car, which was previously ahead of me. I was really ashamed of myself. Couldn't felt more remorseful. What made me felt even worse, was that the Pakcik had a smile on his face the whole time. Why was I so grumpy and anger-driven?

I have so much more to learn.

Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned.

While everybody's out and about in the town enjoying the perfect weekend (with a perfect weather for mount climbing), I am stucked with my piled-up assignments. Just how awesome my weekend can be, at times. ( Not all the time, unless I unleash the procrastinate queen in me- which I already have).

I am such a good procrastinator, nuff said.

(Excuse that pallid, anemic face of mine - I'm lucky to have survived the week!)

Had to pretend like I am reading journals with all seriousness ( and not camwhoring). Also, I can be such a failure at times. Or rather; all the time! Bad habits will never leave will they?

So much happened over the week. If you happen to follow my twitter, your timeline would be badly spammed by my emotional and bipolar tweets. Really need time to regain myself.

Now, if only I can write as flowly as I am right now when doing my assignments; I'd be so thankful.

If you realize, I've done a lil makeover to my blog. Been using the same ol template for the past few months and its boring me. And apparently I have been too ignorant to check out the new settings that existed prolly around 3 years back. And now, blogging seemed so much easier! -____- FML. Big thankyou to a friend of mine who helped me gain some sense, at the very least. She found out a year ago- thats not too bad. Considering I am a I.T nuts, I forgive my self-proclaimed stupidity. Shucks.

This is another 'i-feel-like-blogging-but-i-dont-know-what-to-write' post. Life has been too hectic, and my brain seemed to be failing on me, numerous times already. My days are mundanely occupied with Uni and gym, some facebook & twitter breaks in between ( thats for sure).

It was definitely another weekend worth sacrificing my workouts at the gym. My plan to kidnap Billiesooi back home, down-south has FINALLY succeeded! Well, if you're wondering that took me almost a year to plan and etcetera -_____- And of course, compromise, willingness and sincerity from the Guest of the weekend!

Nevertheless, it was indeed a trip worth remembering. Despite the long hours of drive- we made it we made it ( I can be really annoying at times #FACTS). He finally met my Mom, Dad, Grandma, uncle, aunty etc etc. Well, not like we're getting married or whatnot ( still far from that) ; but the fact that its my first time bringing a guy home- introducing him to most of my family. Well, its something for me ;)

Fine, lets drop that.

Couple of #FUNFACTS yo'.

#1. I've been 'living' in Johore for the past 19years and it was my first time out partying #fail

'living' - Sometimes I think my life is way too complicated to be put into words. Let me summarize them all once and for all ;) Having to be born in Johore, I moved to Ipoh at the age of 5 and has been living in the small town eversince. Until recently (2years ago), I decided reside in Kuala Lumpur to further my studies ;) Hence, the inverted comma 'LIVING'.

Now, that was a couple of #FACTS.

And a few more along the way! ;)

#FACT: The Zon is the only zone in Johore ( besides the airport) where you get to buy duty-free goods! However, goods ( usually Whiskeys and cigarettes) are not allowed to exit the zone unless you sneak em out ;) Immigrations will getcha!

#FACT: Most of them during the night were mostly soon-to-be-doctors!

#FUNFACT: I even bumped into a guy ( in the club!) wearing a MONASH shirt -____-

SERIOUSLY? Who would've thought. Uni will never spare me. I'm dead.

Well he was probably sent by my guardian angel from heaven to remind me about my never ending assignments. Boohoo!

#FACT: These are my lovers today, tomorrow and for the rest of my life!

Yes the one featuring Nadhira - our very own Malaysian born songwriter/ singer. And as of late, she has just launched her latest album 12 SHADES at Laundry Bar @ e-Curve. Great songs, great companies!

July 28, 2011 – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – Malaysian-born singer songwriter NADHIRA is back following her global travels to find inspiration with her second album – 12 SHADES! The album was launched at an invite only event for members of the media, selected fans, local celebrities and musicians. It features 10 English and 2 Bahasa Malaysia tracks. The night ended with a smile on our faces as we had such great time humming to the melodies of the beautiful lyrics and later on; a great match which kept us at the edge of our seats throughout the entire match! ( oh no, I didn't miss the simultaneous double bicycle kick!).

What better way than having Penne Bolognese & mushroom soup (oh! and some beer) while

watching football -good thing that I didn't have to squeeze in with the oceans of people in the stadium.

The costume was designed by our very local fashion designer, Amir Luqman using songket fabrics which resembles a Wau, the legendary kite popularly loved & flown in the Northern States of Penisula Malaysia.

This is one of the many nights where my imaginations run wild and all I want to do is to just clear up my mind and think about absolutely nothing. Absolutely nothing; something that will never ever happen to a person like me. Even in my dreams, my imaginations wouldn't spare me. It gets really tiring and you just feel so lethargic and weak, hoping that somebody would actually sit down and say nothing but listen to the words your tongue say. May not make sense, but satisfaction is what you need. In fact, thats what we all need. Satisfaction from words we utter.

Well, I assume people wouldn't actually bother reading whatever rubbish thats written here, right now. Blame my pessimism for that. Because my typical self wouldn't read a long bragged post, really. Unless, that author means something to me which rarely happens simply because my boyfriend doesn't blog, neither does my mom. Perhaps my sister's, which I check-up on once in a blue moon. Yes, I could count em all with just one hand; five fingers. Pathetic? I don't think so.

Well I mean, if loving was so easy.. then it wouldn't mean that much would it?

If there was somebody that I could change, that would be D. I don't know exactly how much this person mean to me, until someday I lose him. The relationship that we carry, is far beyond complex. But if there's something that I could do to change the fact that I face today, I would do it. Regardless of what it takes, as long as I know nobody else would get hurt; I really would. But for now, I leave it to God to carve the path of this man. Be it good or bad, as long as he knows what is right & what is wrong. And someday, when he is gone.. then I will know how much he means to me. But not until then, it shall remain a secrecy.

Like promised, more pictures!

Too bad I can't be squeezing all my 700 photos here in the blog, maybe Facebook yes but that will be a tad too much haha! So, just a little from everything during the trip.

Yes it was my first visit to Thailand and I'm craving for more already! Thai Fetish you say?

May not be a high-end trip, but everything was adequate enough to make me feel complete. This low-budget trip was well-planned, kudos to myself ;) Oh and not forgetting my other half who guided me along the way.

Best part of all was the hotel. We got it for RM500+ for 4D3N !

How about that for a super-low-budget trip? But of course, that came w tons of researching and googling which literally made my head go gugu-gaga. Rofl. Nevertheless, those tedious clicks and calculations was definitely worth it.

Snorkeling in the sea of corals and pretty little fishes.

I have always been afraid of the sea water & THAT was my first time dipping myself in the

deep blue sea. Frankly, the first jump from the boat was terrifying but it was definitely worth

putting away my fear!

Not forgetting how dramatic I was thinking "Oh no, I'm going to drown!" when I had my ego shield on, not wanting to wear the life jacket. Haha! Later on, hurried up back onto boat quickly grab one and JUMP! ;)

If only I could turn back time, I will definitely extend my trip to a week long!

Oh well, reality calls. And priority always comes first.

Prior to this post, the previous one was just a brief 'sneak peek' to my entire trip and I

figured I should share w everyone the beautiful beaches I went to and hence this second post w more beach shots!

On another note, most of these beautiful beaches are out of Phuket Island.

The only beach that we went to that was ON Phuket Island was Patong Beach (famous for its bustling night life and strong-wave beach). Clearly, there are still so many more for us to explore.

And as for now, I am definitely planning on another trip to the Beach!

Well, I don't mind having to suffer the aftermath really!

Because the experience you get throughout the trip is priceless. Am sure my rashes would heal in no time! ;)

So who's back w heat rashes and sunburn? *joyfully raises hand! ME! ME!

What made it so worth while having to "suffer" the aftermath? Phuket was breathtaking! Thats why. And the only why ;) Oh and not forgetting my great companion, Billiesooi.

We had so much fun that we are already planning on another trip back to Patong, Phuket again!

This post is just a "sneak peek" of how my trip was.

Life's been pretty mundane & (S-L-O-WWWWW) lately.

Waking up to nothing, nothing to push me. Nothing to make me go 'Wusaaah!'. And worst still, no gym no nothing for me to work out. But of course, like what I've previously said 'There's always an alternative". But being the typical me, I am just too lazy to lay out the yoga mat and start anything at all. Somebody smack me. And hence, I've been feeling all fidgety and guilty :( This is up to no good. But hey, that isn't such a bad thing or is it?

Wait until I'm back to KL and I'll be regretting why haven't I done enough embracing back here at my Home Sweet Home. Ohwell, I can never stop the complaints. Again, somebody smack me!

Oh speaking of which, if smacking can kindly fix my 'face problems'; that would be good!

And by that I mean MORE & MORE zits and pimples and blackheads :(

They are getting out of control and I'm going hysterical (not joking)!

Have been very hardworking doing my facial routines before bed EVERY SINGLE DAY; that didn't help. OH MY MY. Whats should I possibly do?

Zits aside. So! I've just set-up this formspring account just so I thought maybe I could have some virtual companion and then only I came into realization that its a Q&A software. I cannot have more hatred than I have for QUESTIONS & ANSWERS. But I'll give this a try ;)

Greetings amigos!

And guess what? Finals are over and that means I can fully concentrate on my workout routines right now. Have been hitting the gym pretty frequently (if you ever follow me on twitter) & trying my level best to build up my stamina considering I am just SOO lazy to sometimes even get up and drive to the gym. I mean like who does? Who wouldn't want to indulge the comfort at home? Haha.

Well, just to share a little of my daily workout routines w my y'all. I know I know we are just so sluggish and slothful sometimes. All we want is to eat nothing and get thin! But honey, thats just not the way. Life is short, and we need to do whatever we can to live the moment! Hence, health ;) And these workouts. One thing about exercises, they will never go wrong! Unless, you get too extreme and go beyond your body's capability ( Oh no, don't kill yourself).

MODERATION IS THE KEY!

Well honestly, my journey to getting my dream "nicole scherzinger's-bod" is still quite a stretch actually. But I'm getting there. Time will tell. So yeah.

What do I do everyday ( or rather everytime I work out?)

1. 30-minutes brisk walk/ jog/ run on the treadmill

Well, I personally think its important to get my heart pumping before I start my workout. So, I'll get the hang of it and the adrenaline rush will get me going throughout my routines.

2. Biceps

To get rid of my toufu-fas! And by that I meant my flabby arms. Am pretty sure I am not the only one. Don't worry, you won't make your arms HUGE like Dywane Johnson's unless you carry a 80kg dumbbell. In fact, you keep them in shape and once you finally get rid of 'most' of your flabby parts, damn girl you'll look oh-so sexy! (there's no way you can get rid of ALL the fats with a 100 percent; but a little its fine)

Tips from Billiesooi: Don't rush. Go slow and feel the muscle develop. In fact if you rush, you might hurt your muscles and we don't want that to happen. Remember, oh-so-sexy arms! ;)

3. Torso Rotation

This is mainly to build your abdominals and obliques (Diagram below for reference). There is no freaking way you can have a bikini-bod without working on your abs. Darlings, remember no pain no gain. Plus the pain's addictive. Its a plus point! ;)

Alternative: Do it at home!

Sit so that your body forms a "V" shape, w your lower legs crossed & lifted (For beginners: heels on the floor; optional). Hold a medicine ball or dumbbell between both hands. Then, move left and right touching ball to each side of the floor while you maintain that V shape. 15-20 repetitions on each side will do it!

4. Sit-ups & leg-raises

Well this totally depends on individuals. If you think your workouts are insufficient and you want more, why not! I do this occasionally because I am a certified lazy bump.

But guys, don't worry if you don't have time to sign-up for gym memberships ( its not necessary!), there's always an alternative; do it at home. Just google "gym workouts" and I'm pretty sure you'll find plenty. Thats just exactly what I did ;) Don't think I can actually blurt out these w/o doing researches. Heh.

Warning: Please don't kill yourself and make your body turn into a monster. Unless you wanna be a widow for life or if your husband have any particular peculiar habits for liking huge women haha. Like HUGEEEE ;p

Tell me how this body isn't to die for? Guys would drool and girls will do anything at all to be like her. She is truly a beauty.

Also remember, she wasn't born to look like that. Hard work always pay off. And I'm pretty sure hers wasn't easy and its all about the matter of hardwork, determination and time.

I always tell myself "Why tomorrow if I have today?".

Endearment

Today I woke up to the worst hunger pang ever & knowing tomorrow will (still) be another long day, without him.

Our relationship has def gone to a whole new level ( at this point of time), from him being a badass boy to a working man he is today. I definitely see the growth in him. And likewise, from me being a highschool kid ( when he first met me) until today when I'm (almost) entering adulthood. Haha. Time flies, I must say. I cannot thank God enough for bringing him into my life. & I always ponder: What if he never existed? Would I ever find someone like him,ever? (whooops)

Unlike my previous unsuccessful relationships ( well, puppy love never worked right? haha), this one has definitely shaped and moulded me into a better person. I am known for my worst temper and HE was the only one who patiently tolerate w the tornados and tsunami that came his way (best part? There were no early warnings LOL). And sooner, I figured I can't be throwing unnecessary tantrum all over plus its unfair (he has NEVER once thrown his temper at me), and yup I'm still learning to take charge of the control gear.

He sees what a mess you can be, how moody you can get, how hard you are to handle. But still wants you in his life.

#SOTRUE!

Love is too subjective and its not enough to describe the feelings I have for this guy. Well, lets just say love blindfolds you. Cliche, but true. I always say LOVE is not enough, the vocab needs a much stronger and bold statement to express the passion of affection towards somebody and up till today I'm still figuring out what that really is. Haha.

Spent so much time w him for the past one month and now 2 weeks w/o him seems to be the longest time in my life. Its like the clock ticks so freakin slow. Haha. But patience is virtue. I'm sounding like some desperate gf trying to gobble up the bf lol.

My best friend, gossip centre, punching bag, gym buddy,

Abstinence

Greetings all! How was the weekends? The fact that I haven't been updating was fairly obvious; FINALS. Haha. But I am almost reaching the end point though its still a week away. I know I'm one step closer to freedom ;) Well, I'm sure many of you guys are already on holidays Boo :(

Since I was granted 11 days before my utmost final paper which will have the most tedious reading jobs to do; & which I have yet to accomplish, not even 1% (pathetic), decided to spend one weekend (yes, I had two weekeds heee) back in Ip. It always feels good to be away from the city & once in a while though I am forever a city girl at heart ;) Love the rush and hustles. Keeps you on the go! No?

So, yes. Headed over to Barroom ( there's nowhere else you can party as hard than this pathetic four walled building) & as expected, I didn't actually enjoy myself that much. I figured I enjoy myself better with iced lemon tea & some jazzy music with good companies. Should be the aftermath of dating a guy like Billiesooi. Haha.

Also, it was probably the fact that I don't take alcohol. Friends that know me well should know I am never a big fan of alcohols. Don't get it why these alcoholics love spending so much for a night and get drunk then hangover the next day. More like, paying for more troubles. Well, I guess life is just funny like that. Unexplainable; yet there will still be somebody doing it. Haha.

And again, different people, different preferences. We should never judge.

Oh and those irresponsible, unmindful and inconsiderate smokers who blow em right at your face. If only I could tickle them till they die. Hello! I ain't invisible. Blerghh.

Lately and I mean lately like technically lately. My diet plan hasn't been working too well and damn! I could see my bulging belly. This is a seriously bad sign. Immediate act must be taken, taken seriously. Well come to think of it, it must have been all the late night snacking and studying. Gaining knowledge plus fats. Hey! Quite a good rebate right?

I shall fret not, but instead I've been wallowing in self-pity lately.

Picture of me a year ago. Well at least I knew how it feels like being thin ( and shapeless). I am never stick-skinny. Which I am blessed about. I don't have to look like an anorexic, not in any way.

Life.

It may be just a simple phrase, but what lies beyond it is whole different thing. Existence, joy, sorrow, vivacity and the list goes on. Life, with time makes it even more precious to us human mankind. Don't you agree? It makes it even more enthralling and stimulates our inner self to strive for more, before the time comes. Now, that sound a tad too frightening no?

Often time we would stare into the blank blue sky and think 'What do we do when we die? Where will we be? How would I die? ( No, I def opt for other questions rather than thinking how I would someday die). Well I was given an option, I would choose the mythological beauty death- sleep and die :) Painless, effortless and fearless. Well, nobody actually knew how it feels like to die like that; unless the dead relive. Which is quite ridiculous if you tell me. It may seem painless, but prolly the 'dead' actually struggled the longest time in his life to set free his soul. Or perhaps, he didn't want to die but there was nothing else he could do, he was helpless. Who knew?

Well, there are millions of answers to that one question if you ask me; nothing is impossible. Even a dog was sent to the outer space, now tell me what else is out of the question? Haha, that was something out of the box, out of a sudden. Mind me :)

So death, it isn't something that you could ever predict ( well unless you've actually planned to to kill somebody), lets be logical shall we? My imagination is definitely running a lil too wild at this very moment, writing this. We can never relate death with age if you ask me. Too often than not, people would think "Ahh, I'll only live till around 70 plus lah. If lucky, 80 plus lo!". And what makes you think thats certain aye?

Speaking of age, I've just received a horrifying news about a death of a friend of mine. He was only 21! And what makes you all think life must be long? Its beyond our capability to ever foresee death. I hope our friend would be looking after everyone of us here, from above. Rest in Peace, S.

And don't mind me filling you with some extra gist. Heard of the babies born with heart outside their bodies? YES. Its a #fact. If you haven't already, go google em! Or click here. Done it all for your convenience ;) These babies, probably a little unfortunate to be brought to life, this way; but why that happened is again, beyond our questions. At least they had the opportunity to live for that 30 days and that was all they had. Yes, 30days. And too many of us today, still inconsiderately claim " 30 Days? What can we do with 30 Days! " when we're given tasks to accomplish. Eg. assignments, homeworks etc. Even I myself have to admit that foolish and jejune act of mine, sometimes.

Oh shucks, I am way behind my schedule. Am supposed to study but ended up here writing a throng of words. So predictable, yet unpredictable. See what I mean? Oh, The Lazy Song should be perfect to be played right now. Too lazy to start my studies!

Now, I don't have no 30 days till my finals. Its SIX FREAKING DAYS!

In my previous post which wasn't even a week ago, I was so galvanized about

having a strict diet and flaunting the best looking body. And today, I woke up to a sudden crave for Banana Leaf rice & it was unbearable ( Trust me, it was hard not to think about it).

So yes, I following my deadly craving which was to fill my tummy with those good ol' food.

And yes, deadly is definitely understated because god knows how much time I'll have to spend in the gym after this BUTT KICKIN' meal!

Who brought me here?

That goes w/o saying. Twas deff my one and only Billybie. He knows me best ;)

Ammache's service was at its best! Tip top!

Not to mention the clean ambience & freshly made mutton curry, chicken curry

and briyani rice to name a few. Too much good food, I cant even remember :P

Some extra gist for y'all: The cashier uncle gave us an extra 10ringgit change. Oh the guilt! Too bad I only realized when we're alr halfway to our next destination :(

But Billiesooi said that he probably heard that I'll promote this place on Twitter (which I did), and hence the 'tip' -.o

Not bad ;)

Well I guess that should be my only high-carb meal (besides the Ice-cream waffles I had after),

I could hear my abs drowning in those fats. Well, lets not be too self-obsessed. We all need some good food, and care less about the looks once in a while. Pretty therapeutic actually :)

Speaking of which, I need to be 'make-up-free' for the next coming months. Don't want to look like I'm 30 by 20 next year. My face needs to take some time off those chemicals.

And after doing a long research on L'Oreal about their animal testing policy, more reasons for me to put a halt to my make-up routines (I've not touched my make-up pouch for weeks already actually-good start?)

Afterall, we all need to be comfortable in our skins.

There are just three things that I need to focus on right now:

#1. Own that bod. By hook or by crook, I must and I will be able to flaunt such flawless

& beautiful figure. Of course, nothing comes without sacrifice.

Low-carb meals + proteins + water, from now on. With all seriousness.

#2. Believe that dreams can be achieved. With courage, faith and support,

I strongly believe in myself that I will not fall. Regardless of the criticisms that I may

be receiving, as long as I believe I know I am halfway there.

You guys should think the same way too, let them say anything they want.

You are the owner of your life, nobody else can make it happen other than yourself.

#3. Books books & more books. In the mean time, I shall make sure that I'll nail the

upcoming finals that I will be facing. Should be caging myself for the next couple of months.

Not even the hottest party could lure me out!

Greetings lovers! Its been quite awhile hasn't it?

Life is just unpredictable sometimes. One moment the world was celebrating the Royal Wedding and days after, people are rejoicing over the death of the world's most wanted terrorist, Osama bin Laden. Ironic, but true.

Well nevertheless, the Royal Wedding kept me stuck on the couch for 5 good hours.

Worth the wait, pretty dresses, lovely hats, beautiful people, all at once.

Spent most of my semester break back at Home. Its been quite sometime since I dragged myself back home. I'm probably the only one who's sometimes so reluctant to be home, all the way down-south. Anyways, the final weekend was well spent in Ipoh, somewhere I call Home :)

So many places, even I myself lost count.

Despite being a non-alcohol consumer myself, our cocktail night party just had to make me go against my will; for once. And boy, those cocktails we had were pretty awesome. Everything happened for we had the Best Bartender in the World & I mean it.

House party? FTW!

We may only have tonight, but till the morning sun you're mine. All mine ☺

Everytime I look at family portraits, there's always this wicked jealousy that pricks right at my heart. And then off I go, searching albums after albums looking for a perfect family portrait of my own. Now that I think of it, I never had any. In fact, I never had a perfect family even.

Well I guess, this isn't so personal anymore. Not to say that I'm publicizing my family relations or whatnot, but perhaps knowing me better? This way? YES. Because often many times when people ask me about my family, there will only be two answers; I tell you the whole complex story or I make the LONG story short by saying 'I have a stepmom. full stop'.

And very frequently I get people saying 'Oh, I'm so sorry to hear that' or 'Oh, sorry I didnt know' and even ' I hope you're feeling better'. I definitely appreciate those good thoughts but the thing is, I never really experienced the whole 'family affair'. If you get what I mean? If I were to know what a perfect family is from day one, well maybe I would tear thinking why I don't have one. Since I never had, I never really bothered.

I believe whatever we have right now is here for a reason. Maybe the reason why I never had a perfect family is because God wants me to build one on my own, with my bare hands. & I believe I can. After all, the only way to finding the limits of the possibles is by going beyond the impossibles.

I don't live to regret the past, I live to build my future ☺

Well if you ask me, I'd say 'Everybody deserve to love, and to be loved'. Nonetheless, thats just an understatement. At the end of the day, not everybody end up being with their loved ones. One-sided love you can say. Trust me, at this point of my life I HAVE SEEN ENOUGH. Having said that, life isn't fair all the time you know. Some girls end up baby sitting their child at home while the husband fools around, "trying" to keep their dick in the pants; which is unfortunately something they will never learn to do.

Believe me, whatever I'm saying right now is based on true stories which I myself have encountered. Shame to you men. Of course, I will not specify or mention any names. So the identities will remain a secrecy.

OH HOLD ON. If you're thinking what I think you're thinking; YOU'RE WRONG! Total fallacy. Haha. I am probably one of the luckiest girl in the entire world; don't mean to brag but truth must be told ;)

And yes, I am talking about none other than Billiesooi. Boy, he is one fine gentleman!

There is nothing that I would wanna change right now for I have you. Everything seem so right when you're around. You've been my best companion from the very first day we met and you shall be till death do us apart ♥

I can finally open up to a brand new template. Been so sick and tired of my previous ones & also have been bragging my sis who's apparently very good in editing pictures to help me sort out my issues w basic editings ONLY. How pathetic?

And her being typical her, did not bother at all. Guess I shall stick to being my independent self. And taadaah! Here I am, with my edited collage. YAY I FINALLY KNOW HOW TO COMBINE PICTURES INTO ONE. Somebody tell me its an achievement! Haha. I've been dying to do something like that (referring to my page header picture rofl). This is the highest level of dumbness one can ever achieve, seriously. Haha.

Nonetheless, this is just a temporary one. I've been planning to set up my very own website but considering the 'achievements' that I have yet to achieve, I shall just put that on hold. So! As much as I want to be in Vegas, I know somehow that has got to be somewhere

far below in my 'to-do' list. Well, many contributing factors actually. Money is deff the major issue here.

Since I'm not born w a silver spoon ; not even bronze!

So yeah that explains.

Well, not that THAT has got anything to do w whatever I'm posting right now. LOL. My blabbering skills are deff making a headway. Haha. If only my accountings skills can be anything like this; IF ONLY. & I have just arise from the dead. Purely because Accountings blarrdy sent me straight right to the tomb, crying.

On a brighter note, since one assignment is down. All I need to do is just to freaking finish the second one and pass my test & THATS IT! ; Oh wait, thats gonna take another umpteen years. Forget about it.

Bullcraps aside. So yeah, Billybie's homie came down to KL a week ago & so we decided to bring them around town. Well of course, Kuala Lumpur & Las Vegas is totally incomparable as they're both wonderful at such different levels! So, DO NOT COMPARE!

We need pride & justice for our own motherland too ya know?
